Paris, September 29, 2026 – Armatis Technology, the software publishing subsidiary of the Armatis group, a French pioneer in customer experience, unveils an expanded technology offering. For almost 15 years, the publisher’s omnichannel solution has established its position in CX with around 40 clients.
Solutions shaped by real-world operations to deliver maximum value
Armatis Technology has unique access to the group’s customer relations operations: nearly 10,000 employees across 23 sites in 6 countries, serving more than 300 clients. This feedback comes from operational teams who use many different solutions every day. It gives a pragmatic view of functional needs, rooted in real-world operations.
The SquAire suite now offers 7 modules covering an ever-broadening scope. To accelerate this technology capability, Armatis Technology worked with external tech and AI development partners, building on both a deeper knowledge of customer experience and a firm command of development requirements and standards.
Complementary modules covering the entire CX value chain
SquAire is built around seven complementary modules, which can be used independently or combined, depending on the needs and environment of each organization:
- Interaction, to manage omnichannel interactions and streamline exchanges with customers;
- Agent Assist, to assist agents in real time through conversation transcription, contextual recommendations and dynamic access to procedures and knowledge bases;
- Knowledge, to share and grow knowledge, support employees and make useful content easy to find;
- Text Care, to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of written communications and provide a secure translation solution;
- Performance, to analyze conversations, measure quality and steer the levers for improving operational performance;
- Insights Management, to manage customer insights and turn signals from the various voice of the customer sources into strategic recommendations;
- Automation, a services offer dedicated to automating operations and interactions, which helps each organization identify and implement the most relevant use cases.
This modular approach lets SquAire address very different challenges: from improving how a single interaction is handled to process automation, including customer knowledge, employee support and performance management. The suite is designed for companies looking to transform all or part of their customer experience, whether they run their own customer relations team or work with one or more external partners.
A sovereign, modular suite built to scale
SquAire combines proprietary and partner solutions, favoring open source technologies and European AI models and LLMs. Developed in France and Europe by Armatis Technology, the suite is shaped directly by the usage observed in Armatis customer relations operations.
It offers flexible hosting options, including a sovereign option, and is designed to meet the requirements of GDPR, the EU AI Act and DORA. Thanks to its modular architecture, SquAire integrates with existing environments and can be rolled out gradually, starting from a single module or use case, before expanding to other needs.
“At Armatis, we believe AI only has value when it addresses concrete operational challenges. SquAire was born at the heart of customer relations operations, in daily contact with agents, managers and customers. Our ambition is to offer a sovereign, pragmatic and scalable suite, able to turn data and interactions into decisions, performance and value creation.”
said Martin Dufourcq, CEO of Armatis Technology and Strategy & Solutions Director of the Armatis group.
A growing client base, and growing demand from vendor selections and competitive bids
Thanks to this positioning, SquAire products are now chosen by major brands to equip their in-house centers, including as replacements for existing solutions. Over the past 12 months, nearly 20 additional clients have joined the SquAire family, including for their in-house centers.
Among them, one of the three largest European airlines recently chose to replace its voice of the customer solution with SquAire Insights Management. Since July, a French social protection organization has been using SquAire Performance in its in-house customer relations center. Meanwhile, one of France’s leading banks relies on SquAire Interaction to launch a new offer on a market in April 2026, before extending its use to three new countries this fall.
